Scientific and pedagogical biography: in 1978 I graduated from the Kyiv Technological Institute of Food Industry with a degree in technology of bakery, pasta and confectionery industries, engineer-technologist (diploma B-1 №602598 from 4.06.1978).
In 2005 Defense of the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on "Improvement of technologies of library producers of high biological value" at the National University of Food Technologies (NUHT).
In 2009 I was awarded the doctorate of the Department of Technology of Bread, Confectionery, Pasta and Food Concentrates NUHT.
30 years of experience in higher educational institutions.
During the period of scientific and pedagogical activity I am a co-author of 3 textbooks, published about 65 scientific articles and 45 educational and methodical developments.
Main disciplines taught:
1. Technology of restaurant products
2. Molecular technologies of restaurant products
3. Technology of beer production in the restaurant industry
4. Technology of functional foods

Scientific research is performed in accordance with the research on state registration 01184000026 "Creation of advanced food technologies of the new association and innovative equipment."
Organizational activity:
1. Conducting accreditation examination in Ivano-Frankivsk State College (order of the Ministry of Education and Science №417l from 14.03.2016
2. Member of the jury of the II stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in "Hotel and Restaurant Business" from April 14 to 16, 2016 at the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies.
Certification training
Lviv Polytechnic National University, Department of Organic Products Technologies from May 2, 2018. to 04.06.18 order of 03.05.18 № 1288-3-03.
Experience of practical work in the specialty over 9 years: Lviv Production Association of Bakery Industry, engineer-technologist of the 1st category (instruction № 97 from 09.11.1981).
