Brief biographical information
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Lviv National University named after I. Franko in 2003. In the same year, he started working as a teacher at the Department of State Theory and Law Theory of the Faculty of Law of the Lviv Commercial Academy.
During 2003-2007, he studied at the correspondence department of the graduate school of the Department of Constitutional Law and Comparative Legislation of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University.
He combined scientific work with practical activities and in 2008 passed the qualification exam and received the Certificate of the right to practice law.

In 2008, he defended his dissertation research for the degree of candidate of legal sciences, specialty 12.00.02. on the topic: "Constitutional and legal status of temporary commissions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" at the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs (Diploma DK No. 0505577 dated 12.26.2008). Based on the results of scientific research, he developed and submitted to the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft law of Ukraine "On temporary commissions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine".

From 2011 to the present, arbitrator of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In February 2012, by the decision of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor (Certificate 12DC No. 029749).
In 2014, he obtained a second higher education majoring in "Accounting and Audit" at the Lviv Commercial Academy.

Since August 2016, arbitrator of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.
On October 31, 2020, he defended his dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences, specialty 12.00.02. on the topic: "Human rights to life, liberty and a fair trial according to the European Convention of 1950 and the Constitution of Ukraine: problems of regulation and interpretation" in the specialized academic council D 61.051.07 of the state higher educational institution "Uzhgorod National University".

On the basis of the dissertation research, he developed the author's drafts of the Laws of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding human rights to life, liberty and a fair trial)" and "On Amendments to Special Legislative Acts (regarding the human right to freedom and personal integrity)", which submitted for consideration by the relevant committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
On April 15, 2022, he was awarded the academic title of professor of the Department of Theory of State and Law Theory (AP No. 004038 dated June 6, 2022).

He is the author of numerous scientific and educational-methodological works, co-author of two monographs and participant of a significant number of scientific and scientific-practical conferences and forums.
