Scientific and pedagogical biography

Graduated in 1970 from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lviv State University. Ivan Franko, received a diploma in mathematics. Since 1974 he has been working at Lviv University of Trade and Economics.

In 1986 he defended his PhD thesis at Moscow Academy of Finance, and in 1991 he received a diploma of associate professor. In 1993 he became the Dean of the Faculty of Management.

In 2003 he defended his Doctoral thesis on "Theoretical and Methodological Foundations and Tools of Enterprises Management System". In 2004 he received the professor's diploma.

Research interests: strategic management of a tourist enterprise, strategic management of innovative development in tourism, information technology in the hospitality industry.

Author of more than 200 scientific papers, including 7 monographs, 7 textbooks.

He participated in the development and implementation of information projects in the system of consumer cooperation and information technology for the implementation of business processes of commercial organizations.
